Question Disk too small even though it is not

Hello,

I have tried a lot of softwares to migrate my OS from HDD to SSD (M2) but they all say that destination disk is too small.
Current HDD has 76GB used, 168GB free and has 219GB not allocated. Its full size is 500GB.
New SSD is 250GB (232GB not allocated)

Why is it too small ?
How can I transfer my OS to this SSD ?

Forget about migrating your OS. Install Windows 10 from scratch after you've created your bootable USB installer using Windows Media Creation Tools.

The problem is that I need to keep my computer configuration like domain, sessions, etc
