Disk usage 100% after 5 minutes into idle

I started to notice that as soon as i leave my pc to idle, it takes about 5 minutes untill the hdd led turns on and the disk usage goes to 100%. As soon as i move the mouse or press any key on the keyboard, the disk usage comes back to anywhere from 0-10%.
I did all the things that i could find on this forum, disabled windows search, superfetch, bits, disktracker(or something like that) and also disabled some startup thing from settings.
I have here a printscreen showing dismhost.exe and svchost.exe(defragsvc) going into berserk mode and eating up my resources.
The pc runs smooth and no lag problems so this problem occurs only when i left it to idle.
Thanks in advance for any advice.

its normal, your PC will use idle times to do background processes that it will stop as soon as you move mouse.

One of the services it was running was defrag so if you want to stop it, just doa defrag and it won't run it until it needs to again.

The DismHost.exe file is the Deployment Image Servicing and Management Host, it might be used by defrrag, dism is used to install parts of windows among other uses. Might also be related to windows defender scans.

Thanks for your reply. I switched to windows 7 ultimate since yesterday so I can't try that at the moment. For all i know, disk usage was at 100% for over 3 hours and the same processes were still on. I don't know why it would take so long to defrag since the hdd was fully formated not even 1 week ago. Windows defender was not the culprit as I disabled it completely and the same thing happened. it's the only issue I didnt manage to sort about OS10 so far, but im sure as hell not going to let it at 100% for nothing.
I'm thinking that with my curent hardware specs im better off running w7. Altough, to be honest, I havent noticed any differences in the way my pc performs.
