I know this is a common problem with windows 8/8.1 and i did some research of how to solve it,and more or less i managed to solve it.The problem is,the disk usage still goes to 100% in 1 situation:
When i try to install/update a program/game the disk usage is again at 100% which i dont really mind but the laptops starts getting super slow ,and its a pretty decent laptop. When the install/update is done, the disk usage returns to normal.
Things i've done to stop 100% usage in general:
-superfech is disable
-windows search is disable
-background intelligente transfer service is disable
-at power options i selected high performance
-i did that thing with virtual memory and set the initial size and maximum size
There's anything else i can do?

Hey there again, donquixote31!

Since the health status of the HDD seems to be okay and the spikes in HDD usage goes to 100% only when trying to update a software, I'd recommend you to try resolving the issue by re-installing the game/software altogether. Uninstalling the programs might speed things up and after the re-install things should get back to normal.

Give it a try and let me know how it goes! :)

Welcome to the community, donquixote31!

Since you've already disabled all these Windows Services, I'd recommend you to run your HDD manufacturer's diagnostic tool and check up on the drive's health and S.M.A.R.T. status. You should be able to find this utility on their official website, but if you can't here's a thread from Tom's Hardware with some pretty decent third-party suggestions: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/282651-32-best-diagnostic-testing-utility
I'd also recommend you to back up your data from the drive somewhere else before proceeding with the troubleshooting.

Keep me posted with the SMART data results.

thx for your answer supersoph and sorry for my super late response.Unfortunately, even after i reinstalled a few programs and games, the problem is still there.I guess there's nothing left i can do T-T.

Hey, donquixote31!

That's unfortunate! However, I think that there's one last thing you could do - give the clean/fresh install of Windows 8 OS a try. Make sure you have backed up your data elsewhere before that, though. This will require you to install everything all over again, so I'm not sure if you'd be up for the challenge, but I think you should go for it. Hope I helped. Best of luck!:)
