So my disk usage has been at 100% for the past hour or so, I only have a 250gb SSD, I've Already tried disabling Superfetch and all that other stuff, and it's still at 100%.?

Hello there, @flax2k!

This sounds pretty unfortunate, indeed. However, there are other things that could be causing these spikes of disk usage. I'd advise you to check your Resource Monitor in Windows for any other processes that could also be interfering with your SSD performance. Use the SSD's brand-specific utility to check whether its firmware is up-to-date. I'd also suggest you try swapping the SATA cable and the SATA port where this SSD is connected to the motherboard (if you have a desktop PC). A failed connectivity to the drive could also spike the usage.
Have you also run an SSD-specific diagnostic tool to see what the SMART attributes and overall health is? It is also highly recommended to perform full backup of your SSD somewhere off-site (externally) before you proceed with the troubleshooting! This is how you will avoid any potential data loss!

Keep me posted & good luck!
SuperSoph_WD :)

Hey mate, thanks for the solutions, although I think I figured out what the problem was, apparently it was Windows 10's latest update screwing people over. Typing "WPR -cancel" in the cmd fixed it instantly, although you have to do that every time you re-boot. Guess we'll have to wait for a patch that fixes it.
