disk% very high

I recently got a new computer case and swapped a rebuilt into the new case that I have had for a year or two. Its not a bad computer but I've been having a problem, ever since I rebooted it, everything started working fine, but it was running very slow, I ctrl_alt_del and realized the disk% was in the 90+

that is an example of the error I am seeing, what could be causing this problem?


I would like to add that it has gone back down to 0 - 5% and my computer has sped up, but I'm worried it will happen again.

Well it's no good us trying to fix a problem that seems to have fixed itself.

See how it goes, and if it happens again, wait to make sure it's not just a temporary glitch then start a new thread.
