Question Disks "have been surprise removed" ?

I was just looking at Windows 10 Event Viewer, and I noticed that I have a few events saying: “disk [ 6-9] has been surprise removed", but I only have 4 disks, and I didn’t notice anything wrong. Could it be something with virtual disks? I’m pretty confused.

Oh and I’m installing a game on Epic games, could this be the cause? It also happened when I was installing an Xbox game pass game
