Dism.exe won't start

I wanted to do something with Dism.exe today, and, it wouldn't even start, it would just flash window borders, then close. Is there any way to fix this?

did you try a SFC /scannow? Though if it finds corrupt files it cannot fix, you stuck without dism. What dism command were you running?
