Question Disney + kicking other users off of internet connection?

Recently my family started using Disney+, and ever since whenever someone in the house is streaming it multiple PC's in the house will be kicked off the internet and get the error "Can't connect to this network". The only solution I have is to wait till said person is done with Disney+. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

One other thing to add: I reinstalled my WiFi card drivers in Hope of fixing the problem, but the only change that was made, was that now I have two internet connection options "CenturyLink7092" and "CenturyLink7092 2"

When someone is "kicked off the internet" what specific error message or pop-up window do they see?

The router's logs (if available and enabled) may provide some useful information. Who has full admin rights to the router? You will need help from that person.

Also consider that the router may be set to permit a fixed number of users (wired + wireless).

For example: if 6 users is the limit then #7 "waits".
