Question Display Cuts out due to a problem with user mode drivers

My computer has recently been cutting the display output of my monitors but not crashing the computer, sound is still running and when I looked in event view as to what was causing it I got this message: "The device HID-compliant headset (location (unknown)) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 4 more times" I am running the latest version of windows 10 that was recently installed.

480gb ssd, 240gb ssd, 2tb HDD
Asus prime x370
650w PSU

I uninstalled and reinstalled the problematic device in device manager and it seems to have worked
