Question Display doesn’t turn on or cpu fan for new build

I just built a new pc and but when trying to boot up to get into bios or install windows nothing pops up on screen and cpu fan spins for a couple seconds than stops . also my gpu, case fans and psu fans spin
My specs are
Ryzen 7 3700x
Rtx 3070 founders
Asus TUF X570 plus wifi
32 gb Gskill ripjaws 4x8gb sticks
2tb harddrive
500gbssd
Seasonic gx 750 watt psu
