Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered??????????????

Hey guys,
Every time I am playing a game such as Witcher 3 or even Dota 2, there is a 80% chance this error will pop up and freeze my game, forcing me to restart the whole program, losing any data I couldn't save. I went into Event Viewer and saw multiple error warnings. Could you guys please help me solve this error, I cannot go on with it for much longer 🙁

Below are my computer specs:
CPU: Amd Fx6300
Memory: 2x4gb Corsair
PSU: Corsair CX600W
Motherboard: Asrock R2.0 Pro 3
GPU: GigaByte R9280x 3gb
OS: Windows 8.1

In most of these cases you have to raise the voltage of the graphics card to avoid this error popping up again.

Try uninstalling your drivers first with DDU in safe mode, install new GPU drivers after. If the error still pops up just raise the voltage.

hmm...Raising the voltage. I've heard doing that shortens the life of your GPU???

Yeah I looked over that link you suggested and unfortunately I've tried the supplied methods, even to the extent of wiping my pc 2 times....
