I'm hoping that someone can help me figure out what to do next. I've been experiencing crashes lately in games. I dug around the windows event viewer, and I discovered that the display driver is crashing. This is causing the entire game to crash. I first noticed this with Code Vein, and now tonight with Dead By Daylight. I've not played anything else in between. At first I thought I was having a weird issue with UE games, so I decided to leave on the Heaven benchmark to see if the issue would happen there. It crashed in about 90 seconds.
I have, of course, gone through DDU and updated drivers. No settings have been messed with or changed to explain the crashing (it was fine for ages and then it just suddenly wasn't). This is now making me wonder if it's hardware related? If it is, it's likely the GPU, right? Could it be the PSU? I've never had a piece of hardware fail, and I don't have any spares, so I have no idea how to test this going forward to fix it.
