Display driver crash

So this is weird. I just built a new computer and it took a while to get up and running but when I did it was good. The only problem is my Display driver crashes on the first launch of overwatch, but not the second or subsequent launches. I have used DDU multiple times and installed both the old Catalyst Drivers and the new ReLive versions. Any help?

Z170A PC Mate MSI Mobo
Asus STRIX R9 380x
250GB SSD
8GB DDR4 RAM
i5-6600k @4.0GHz
1080p Monitor @60hz
600w Power supply

GPU Temps under 70C, CPU Temps under 50C

Generic no-name power supplies are not recommended.

Ive had this power supply for 2 years, and just lent it to my brother, the owner of the system this is happening on. Its from Cooler Master, and its non modular, but sufficient. Skylake doesnt draw that much power, and that card, the 380x ran overwatch fine for me with that same power supply.
