Question Display Driver Failed to start vs239h-p

I got an asus monitor and an asuss tough gaming geforce rtx 2060, but my system keeps crashing. It says my display driver failed to start. Can someone help me with that?

I got a gold series corsair 850 power supply. Should I return the GPU?

can anybody help? i reinstalled drivers? rolled back drivers? everything.. i can't get it to work.
