display driver has stopped responding and AppHangB1 error and xxx has been blocked...

hi, first of all my english is not well.

i newly bought asus r9 380 4gb but everytime i playing europa universalis iv or fallout 4 my game crashes and i'm getting 3 different error messages.

- sometimes, "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered"
- sometimes, "AppHangB1";

my system:

(i7 920 cpu
r9 380 4gb asus gpu
12 gb ddr 1066mhz triple channel ram
ex58 ud5 mainboard
650W thermalthake psu )

i also tried last driver (15.11 beta) of amd, 15.10 and 15.15 but didn't resolve.
also tried in win 10 x64 ent. ,win 10 x64 pro., win 8.1 x64 (current i have)

pls help...
