So, I built my computer half a year ago, and in the beginning everything was smooth. After a while though, my games started to crash, sometimes I had to restart the pc manually. After some search on reliability history and event viewer I found some error messages. From reliability history:

Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent
Code: 141
Parameter 1: ffffe70d6fc99460
Parameter 2: fffff807688e077c
Parameter 3: 0
Parameter 4: 724
OS version: 10_0_18362
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1
OS Version: 10.0.18362.2.0.0.768.101
Locale ID: 2057
and from event viewer: Display driver AMDKMDAP stopped responding and has successfully recovered.

Initially after searching many websites for a solution, I decided to reinstall windows and that fixed it for a few months. A couple of weeks ago the crashes started again and this time no windows reinstallation fixes the problem.

I've read countless articles and forum threads but nothing works. I have the latest drivers, chipset, bios version, temperature is normal, almost no programs running on the background, changed the TdrDelay thing. Also, I've stress tested my gpu and cpu and no crashes happened during that time. All components are new, nothing reused.

Here are my specs:

AMD Ryzen 5 2600 ,
Sapphire Radeon RX 590 NITRO+ 8GB Special Edition,
2x8 GB Ripjaws V DDR4 3200 MHz,
Gigabyte B450M DS3H,
Gigabyte GP-P650B 650W 80+ Bronze,
1tb HDD,
240 GB SSD.

Solution
Need to test the card in another system with a good power supply, that will tell if if issue is with card or something else. Maybe power supply, maybe card as the two most likely issues.
