Display driver not responding but fixed itself

I get this a lot. Every time I play an RPG online game. I tried deleting the display driver and reinstalling it, and it fixed it for a day but it started back up again. Now it's happening, like, every 5 minutes or so. Very annoying. It says it's up to date, so what do I do?

I have Windows Vista. My laptop's a Dell Inspiron 1545.

Edit: This is a problem because it exits out of the game constantly.

But every time I do scans or check the drivers everything says all the drivers are all up to date.
