I just had to install a new graphics card, which is causing all sorts of problems and the drivers aren't working properly. Any time I try to install anything, usually Windows crashes with some new error of some kind, and if I do manage to brute force through it, the drivers immediately get corrupted or something and I get a Code 31 error in the Device Manager.

So, before I tried to find help for all of that, I decided it was more helpful to use DDU to completely wipe all existing drivers, because even though I tried AMD's "Factory Reset" clearly it wasn't doing its job. So I open DDU and...nothing. Not a single window opens anywhere. The Task Manager doesn't show any new windows. I tried Running as Administrator, nothing. Safe mode, no safe mode, an old install that worked before, a fresh install from the site, nothing did anything. It's as if I'm clicking on a blank file, or the empty space in the file explorer, because literally nothing is responding to anything I do. I can only assume this is somehow related to whatever broke the rest of my PC, I just need a fix for either issue.

OS: Windows 11 Pro x64 Version 21H2
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X
RAM: 32GB DDR5-4800 CL40
Motherboard: MSI MPG B650I EDGE
GPU: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 6750 XT

I would try and recreate your bootable USB installer for Windows 11 and then try reinstalling the OS, after you've backed up all mission critical content from the system. If you can't get the application to run with an elevated command, then it's possible that the OS is beyond recovery...which would lead into the other issues you've alluded to.

Just a note, please install the OS in an elevated command, then install all relevant drivers for your platform in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator, once you've finished installing the OS. If you let the OS search for drivers, that's when things tend to go sideways.

What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

Bios version: F7

It's really not helpful to jump to reinstallation as your first instinct. Yes, obviously if I threw everything out and built a new computer all my problems would be fixed. But there's nothing wrong with the OS, it was working perfectly fine on the old Graphics card and runs stable in safe mode. Every other program works perfectly, just specifically not DDU. My goal is to fix the one problem I have without having to completely destroy my current installation.
