Display flickering after installing video card.

So i installed a video card to my PC. GTS 250 Green edition. I have overclocked it. So after i installed it, my screen started flickering, i can mostly see them on dark spots.

Cpu is i3 2100 3.1 ghz ,
Monitor is Samsung SyncMaster .Tco'03 displays

remove the OC and test it again

OC- overclock? i did reset, but still.

check the cable connection, try another cable and monitor

2x 6-Pin PCIe power connector plugged into the gts250?

use the onboard graphics (remove the 250), use ddu uninstaller and remove the nvidia drivers. shut down, install the gts250 again and try to boot.
