I'm building an entry-level gaming PC for my cousin's kid. Right now I'm trying to pick a decent display, but I'm not sure what to choose.

One is IPS and the other is VA. I've never had or seen VA so I have no idea if it's good. Which seems better in your opinion? Or should I look for something else entirely?
