Display goes after windows logo only after shutdown

Hello,

My screen display goes black when I start my pc after shutdown but when I press restart button pc starts normally and display comes. This problem come after new graphic card installed in pc.

Here is my configuration
Motherboard : Gigabyte G41 combo
Cpu : Intel Dual Core 2.8 Ghz
Ram: 6 GB (4+2)
OS : Windows 8.1 x64

Graphic card : Asus Nvidia 210

These are some solutions which I tried to solve issue
1) Formatted my os
2) Updated bios to 1.4 which is latest on Gigabyte site
3) installed little old version of driver from nvidia 341.92. Initially I installed 342.01

Please suggest some solution to resolve this issue. Thanks

Does this still happen with the graphics card removed?
