[SOLVED] Display goes black after windows logo appears

The problem is in the title. To give a more in-depth explanation, I would first boot up my PC and it would tell me that I am able to navigate to the BIOS screen by pressing either "DEL" or "F2." It would then ask me to enter a password (either administrator or user). I would enter it in and then it will show the windows logo as well as a loading icon. After a few seconds, the screen would go black.

The PC does not seem to turn off by itself as the case fans would still spin, the LEDs on the GPU, water cooler, motherboard, etc. would still be on. I just finished building it today after my motherboard died a couple of weeks back.

Any ideas on what the problem could be from y'all, I would greatly appreciate it.

I mean, I don't mind buying windows again but I just don't want to buy it and find out that reinstalling it wasn't the problem, ya know?
You don't have to buy windows again. It is free to create a bootable media on Microsoft's website. If you bought the Windows 10 Disc you can just boot off that and use the same product code. Likewise if you still have the code you can activate it again when you reinstall windows. If you don't, you can still use windows normally you just wont be able to edit your profile settings and other things.
Bad install of windows? Boot into a USB bootable drive with Windows on it and see if you can get to the installation screen.

So, some of the parts I'm using were from my previous build (GPU, CPU, SSD), and in that build, windows was working fine. So wouldn't that carry over to my new build as I am still using the SSD? Unless I would have to build windows again because I'm using a new mobo?

Really only matters about the MOBO. Check if you have UEFI only enabled for boot and change to UEFI and legacy. You might have installed Windows as MBR on previous install.
