display goes black for a couple secs

i have 4 monitors hooked up to my pc and one of my screens randomly goes black for a couple of secs then comes back online. is this a gpu issue? i sent the "bad screen" back to the factory and had them replace it but i still have the same issue when i play games.

i7-8700k
asus z370 mobo
16gb night hawk rgb ram
2tb hhd
500gb ssd
scythe mugem 140mm heat sink
850+80 gold rosewill psu

in the video driver and in windows power/sleep settings make sure sleep/power is off on all monitor.

i have my pc to never sleep, does the monitors have a separate thing for this
