Question Display goes off and pc restarts

I OC my cpu and then my pc kept on restarting randomly so I thought I broke the pc so I just bought a new cpu, motherboard and ram but now when I get into windows my monitor says no display and then my pc restarts then random comes on corrupted. I tested a different psu and gpu but still I had the same problem. Just wondering what the problem could be now?
