[SOLVED] Display gone after enabling XMP profile ?

My system is :
Ryzen 5 3600
Gigabyte B550M DS3H board
Corsair vengeance 16 GB RAM 3200mhz
Adata swordfish 240 gb
Vs650 Corsair PSU
AMD R7 265 GPU

recently I have been receiving BSOD whenever I tried to use gameloop gaming buddy to play COD. While initial loading the system would get stuck and BSOD with WHEA UNCORRECTABLE ERROR.

What I have tried so far :
Changed ram slots.
changed GPU drivers
Changed GPU
Changed windows version multiple times
Changed SSD LOCATIONS
DISABLED SMT from bios.
Even after trying all I couldn’t get it working.
Then someone suggested disable XPM.

Upon checking, XPM was already disabled so I thought I should try enabling it to see if it works. So I am enabled profile 1.
After that, the display is gone. Monitor at blacks screen.
I removed the cell from board for a few mins and then started system again. Disabled XPM but still no display.
Changed RAM SLOTS again but I am unable to get any display.
Tried BIOS settings to default but still system won’t give any display.

anyone please help.

Solution
Clear CMOS then access Bios and update the Bios to F13h.
When in Bios Go to System Info>Q-Flash for Bios update.
If no success, try with a single module in slot A1 to test with XMP disabled.

List the P/N of your RAM kit to check for possible mismatch.

Remove your cmos for 20 minutes then replace it.

I tried to remove the CMOS for a long time now but still I can’t get display to open bios settings yet.

Update:
Display is back.
however bluescreen error is still there whenever I try to play gameloop.
now I have turned off SMT from BIOS and BSOD still appeared but took longer than usual when I started gameloop.
And after every BSOD error appears to "insert boot media".
Boot error

Was your pc having issues when SMT was enabled? Check your boot order in bios make sure your os drive is listed correctly.

It was working just fine when SMT was enabled. Now even disabling doesn’t seem to be working. I can work on the system without any issue but as soon as I try to play any game, BSOD.
boot order is correct too. OS drive is the first in boot order.
I have no idea what caused this issue, if it was software related or drivers related then it shouldn’t have occurred on a freshly installed windows yet it does.
Checked QVL LIST of my board and my RAM is listed without the version.
If bios settings are the issue then I have tried optimised default many times. No luck.

What other gpu did you try? Have you checked to see if your card will work with what you are trying to run? I'm assuming you have already played around with in game settings to see if that is causing these bsod.

First I tried the downgraded or upgraded GPU Drivers. (AMD R7 265)
then changed to enterprise driver.
Then changed to Nvidia GTX 1050Ti.
the game I tried to play wasn’t very high spec requiring. It was very old Medal of Honor Airborne. BSOD occurred at first loading. Then right before start of stage.
For Gameloop, while call of duty mobile starts updating the game before login, system hangs for a while then BSOD.

The issue is probably your ram then. If you still have the guide that came with your motherboard I would go off that for selecting ram.
It appears to me too that RAM is the culprit here. Could you list me a few models that could be better than my current RAM? I’ll check with the shop when the lockdown is over to see if he can replace it.

Update: so yesterday, I removed my ADATA SWORDFISH NVMe ssd and used a Samsung EVO 2.5” ssd as boot drive. Installed gameloop and call of duty. It worked without any error. The game worked fine without any bluescreen.
today I’ll further test it to confirm if the SSD is the culprit here.

update:

so markets were opened today after lockdown.
I got my NVMe SSD replaced ADATA Swordfish with Samsung EVO 980 PRO.

Installed everything again. Gameloop first boot downloads the game (call of duty) and files and immediately system went to bluescreen.
I could not even look at the bluescreen error because it was so fast and the system restarts again.
miniDUMPS are still not being created.
WHOCRASHED also failed to find any miniDUMP to find out the issue.

Windows Event Logger gave error on this :

Final update:

turns out there was issue with the nvme compatibility or slot on the motherboard. So for my motherboard replaced.
system is working fine now.
