Display HDMI New Pc Monitor

I just got a new gaming rig with the HP N246v monitor ( you can find specs online) followed by an AMD Ryzen 5 2400G with vega 11 graphics and Gskill ripjawz 16GB ddr4 ram and the MSI B350M gaming pro MOBO. I probably set everything fine in cabling and use an HDMI cable for the mobo-monitor connection but is seems to be kinda laggy for some reason even though it says to be in 60Hz. I cant even access some kind of graphics configuration because I dont have Nvidia control panel since I dont use a GPU for now. Also my windows 10 are not activated yet.

Any thoughts why this might be happening and how to fix it? Thank you.

Also since i dont use a GPU i didnt connect any PCI EXPRESS cables on the mobo , was that correct to do?

did you have all driver in system for your board chipset and others use the live update for this .

i have this amd CD for drivers and utilities but i dont have a cd Rom so i just only updated the bios with a flash. Should i copy the cd's content from another pc to my flash drive and then run the flash drive on my new pc?

the beat would be to go on your motherboar maker to get the latest one and load on the usb drive then instal them in your system but one thing before this new monitor did you have another with video on .

this is a completely new pc so no. So basically the problem is that I didnt install any drivers of the MOBO?

could you try to use dvi-d to monitor then get os on drive after get all motherboard driver .
