Display image is slightly tilted

Hi I just bought a new monitor for my pc and everything was perfect until I started using the new one. I have noticed that the bottom part of the display is slightly angled (The windows bar at the bottom is not straight)and when I have webpages not full screen the bottom is angled too.

It is hard to explain but the left side of the task bar with the windows start icon is higher than the right side with the time and wifi connection icons.
Same with youtube videos the bottom line is tilted from the left side of the screen being higher than the right???

However when I go full screen the problem fixes itself.

I then plugged my old tv back into the pc and now it has the same problem, how do I fix it?

does it have an auto adjust button on the monitor? it should do the trick, make sure to install your monitor driver as well and check your resolution settings.

ive never seen a crooked one but ones that were cut off and auto adjust will fix it
