Display Intermittantly working

I have recently built a new system, specs to follow. I got a new monitor Benq 2765ht just after I built my new system. Since then, when I boot up, I get no display to the monitor. After a few resets or unplugging and replugging the monitor display cable it will come back. If I power off the monitor and power it back on, no display. This monitor has onboard speakers and and will regularly take priority and disable my G930 headset. I must then plug and unplug my wireless USB to get it to go back to the G930 and then I can see it fighting for control over the monitor sound.

When I plug in another monitor the both problems are remedied. Does this sound like a driver issue? Any help would be appreciated.

Remove GPU and run on integrated graphics. If monitor still has problems then it is the monitor. if not it is gpu or driver.

What PSU do you have?
How is monitor hooked up? DVI, HDMI, or display port?

I am using an XFX pro series 750w. I tried removing the GPU and running on onboard graphics and couldnt get either monitor to display. I have tried HDMI, DVI and DP with HDMI getting the only results and that is still spotty.
