Question Display is black and white (not color filter)

Tonight my screen suddenly went red and green while I was watching youtube. I restarted the computer and now the display is black and white. I tried changing the color filter and updating my graphics card. I've restarted my computer multiple times. Any help would be appreciated.

check your cable to the monitor
is your monitor fine? is the onscreen display showing colors?

reseat your graphics card
try a different GPU like onboard/CPU graphics with the onboard video ports of your motherboard
