[SOLVED] Display is too blurry

Display is too blurry when connecting it on TV, so I must lower the resolution then upscale it to see non pixelated fonts

Display: Samsung 43" HD Plasma TV, Laptop: lenovo E560, iGPU: intel HD 520
When I connect the laptop I have to set the resolution (Active Signal Resolution) to 1024x768 and upscale it to 1920x1080 in order to get a proper image to say the least.
If I set it (Active Signal Resolution) from the start as 1920x1080, it will get too bright with pixelated unreadable fonts.
What settings I have to adjust in order to get the proper 1080 experience?

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS for your laptop. Then you will need to make sure you're on the latest iGPU drivers from Intel. Which version of Windows 10 are you working with?

I recently updated my bios, latest windows build also, and I updated the iGPU just one month ago (the problem has been present for 2 years since I bought the laptop; so no driver issue I guess).

as far i coulds see (few samsung 43" all were HD ready), all of them have native resolution 1024x768

under specification it is 1024x768 display, so u doing it right by setting native 768p (actvive res)
