Display is too large for monitor

Internet displays too large for the size of my monitor. Only the internet is the problem. Spreadsheets, word processing, excel are all fine. Help please.

What do you mean by too large exactly? Every web site is made differently and has different sizes. Are you thinking you can fit all the web page to display in one page?

Left to right is way to large. I know that I can't get a whole site in the window. To read this email I have to keep scrolling left to right to read a whole sentence.

Your resolution is set too low then. For a 19" monitor it would be probably 1440x900 if it's a wide-screen, and 1280x1024 if it's a 3:4 one.

I recommend the Dell U2211H. It is 1920x1080 a lot of horizontal resolution so you rarely have to scroll left and right.

I have monitors with 2560 horizonal resolution. Maximizing any web pages like this one puts large white spaces on either sides.

Umm try holding the controll key and rolling the mousewheel out?

Maybe I misunderstand the question but you should be able to "zoom out" and see the whole screen.

Is your internet browser updated? Try firefox ? ^^

If you are using FireFox, then do the following:

1. Click "View" in the main menu
2. Point the mouse to "Zoom" in the drop down menu
3. Click "Reset"

If you are using Internet Explore then replace #3 from above with the following

3. Click "100%"
