Question Display issue dram LED

The ezdebug dram led is on, I have swapped, changed and reinstalled ram. All parts in pc is lighting up and fans spinning no sounds from mobo.

Made sure everything is plugged properly. Swapped HDMI ports aswell.

My mouse lights turn on but keyboard leds don't (if that helps).

Was working a week ago. Any help would be appreciated. I also still have warranty on all parts

Ddr4 2400
650 thermaltake psu
Rx 570 4gb gpu

I would RMA both board and CPU.
