Display Model Number in Chinese??

I have this ASUS display that i got from a friend who had no use of it anymore leading to it being given to me. It works perfectly fine and does everything i need it to do except for when i checked the back of the monitor recently to find the display model to do some further research on this mystery of a monitor until i found it was all in chinese? does this mean it is fake or just made for use in that country?

Fake monitor very unlikely in that sector of the market. A high-end brand which commands a higher price yes, but not a consumer-level Acer one.

It was most likely made for the Chinese, Korean or Japanese market - - language characters look very similar to anyone who doesn't speak their lingo ( I can't distinguish between them anyhow).

Try running Speccy and under graphics, it should give you the model number.
