What is your parts list?

CPU: Intel i3 8100

MOBO: MSI Z370-A Pro

GPU - AMD Radeon RX570

So I built my brother a PC and when I first tried to boot it up it did not connect to my monitor, so I started troubleshooting. I took the GPU out and plugged the DP cable straight into the motherboard. Booted up like a charm. Installed Windows 10, downloaded and installed all the updated drivers. Then tried to plug the GPU back in to no avail. Tried messing with the Bios settings, disabled the integrated graphics nothing seems to be working. Hence why I am writing this post. The GPU is getting power, the fans are spinning. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Which model rx570 is it and where did you buy it from?

Did you connect the external plug to the graphics card? 6 or 8pin depending on model. Pcie slot provides 75w which is enough to spin the fans but to operate the card need the pcie supplementary cable connected.
