Display not fitting screen

Currently using the pc with HDMI in motherboard.getting graphics card tomorrow,will getting that fix this or is there something i have to do or download?

It's about an inch off on all 4 sides.

Graphics - VTX3D Radeon HD 2GB 7870 Black Edition (coming tomorrow)

Motherboard - MSI B75a-G43 (currently using w/HDMI)

make sure the output is set to the native resolution of the screen.

if the screen is a tv make sure the input is set to just scan or to not resize the input.

go into the intel control panel and disable the overscan region.
