Question Display not rendering correctly, black bar on the bottom half of the screen

Hi!

A while ago, my monitor started rendering incorrectly (See image). This is only at 1920x1080, other resolutions do work normally.

I have updated all my drivers, adjusted resolutions, pretty much tried all Nvidea control panel settings. But nothing worked. Does anyone have any idea what the problem is here?

I use this as a third monitor, and is originally a 4k screen, but want to use it as 1920x1080

LG 27UN83A.

I've tried multiple refresh rates already, didn't work unfortunately.

did windows id the monitor or see it as generic?

On Windows it displays as "LG HDR 4K"

Changed it both on Windows and in the Nvidia, it's only when using 1920x1080

Yeah that worked fine. It's definitely not a faulty monitor.

and you were testing 1080p?

that left with your pc gpu.
reinstall the driver?

Try a different video cable.
If you're using HDMI, then try Displayport cable.
If you're using DisplayPort, then try HDMI cable.
