Question Display not working system not booting

I've just bought a new pc it's a Xeon E3 1240 which does not have any integrated graphics in it when I plug my GPU in it does not post and does not show any display.

full system spec? include brand and model of the psu
model of the monitor? using hdmi/dp/dvi?
