Display not working

So I have a tower which did work before I was sent it by a family member.

All fans work when turned on hard drives work too motherboard is on as light on it goes on. Graphics card produces no output. I have checked all wires too.

- have tried a different graphics card. Same problem
- have swapped slots. Same problem
- Have tried changing cables etc. Same problem.

What could it be.

try to remove CMOS battery for about 5-10 mins. then put it again and try to start your computer.
