Display not working

I have recently build my new pc. I turn on the pc and all the motherboards lights come on fans come on but I get no display not sure what the problem is.
Specs
Cpu- amd ryzen 3 1300x
Gpu- gtx 1060 3gb
Motherboard- Prime b350 plus
Ram- Corsair Vengeance 8 gb

Does your graphics card require a separate power supply to a four or eight pin connector?

Alternatively, does the BIOS setting match the onboard or add-on you connected the monitor to?

Is your gpu connected to the psu? Does it also happen with 1 stick of ram? If you have more slots for ram than the installed ram sticks, make shure you put it to the correct slot.
