[SOLVED] Display not working

Built new pc, no signal to display. Not booting up either and no power is going to any peripherals. everything turns on inside. I took out 2 ram sticks and the leds on the fans fully lit up. Before they were very dim. Reseted cmos and checked all plugs.

ok, amd rzyen 5 1600, rx 580 strix ( trip fan), t force vulzan z ddr4 16 gb(8x2),3 140mm fans led, 1 120 mm fan, 1 140 mm fan, b450 prime plus(mobo), 64 gb m.2 ssd,2 tb fircuda sdhd, wd 7.2rpm 500gb hdd.

The PSU is a crucial part, and you've made poor choice there, budget or not. Which Thermaltake are you looking at? Many of there units are much if any better than a Raidmax. For a budget unit the CX550 would be the smallest budget unit I'd recommend for a RX 580.

Thermaltake has many different 700w models in the ATX form factor and some are junk.

Not a good PSU. While better than the Raidmax, it's still not good. Between Covid and the tariffs the PSU market currently sucks. A CX550 is going to cost ~$15 more than that Thermaltake but it's also a better quality unit.

i havent gotten to boot it up because the keybaord wasnt getting power and i couldnt get display

Customer reviews are close to worthless. There aren't any because it would get ripped to shreds by a professional reviewer and thermaltake doesn't want that.

The PSU is a crucial component and should not be skimped on, especially if you want to overclock.

It may run, but for how long, nobody knows. It's not a unit I would use or recommend.
