Thermaltake has many different 700w models in the ATX form factor and some are junk.Im lookig at an atx 700w thermal take.
Not a good PSU. While better than the Raidmax, it's still not good. Between Covid and the tariffs the PSU market currently sucks. A CX550 is going to cost ~$15 more than that Thermaltake but it's also a better quality unit.

Customer reviews are close to worthless. There aren't any because it would get ripped to shreds by a professional reviewer and thermaltake doesn't want that.the reviews are also promising
