Display of Lenovo W530 appearing with a fiber or something causing a shadow/mark on the screen.

The display of my Lenovo W530 has developed a fault of some sort as seen in this image.

It's a little hard to see because of the nature of the screen, though in use is extremely annoying. I have no warranty on the machine. Any ideas?

Any Ideas? It appears as though it's something between the backlight and the lcd panel.
