Question Display or Gpu Problem

I have a problem with the PC, when I turn it on the monitor does not receive a signal and after a while the PC turns off and turns on again
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
CPU cooler: Stock
Motherboard: asrog
Ram: 16gb ram 3000
SSD/HDD:120gb ssd 1t hdd baracuda
GPU: Rx 590 8gb
PSU: M12 II Bronze 620w age 3 or 4
Chassis:-
OS: 10
Monitor Philips 220sw8 50-60 Hz

Try using one stick of ram at a time to see if it will boot up with one of them to rule out a bad memory stick.
