Display output after cpu change dead

Hello,
I have a problem with my output from my gpu/mb to my monitor.
I installed today a i7 8700k and after the installation nothing works.
The mb lights and the fans from the cpu are still on so it can't be the psu I think

Somehow half of the Post didnt submit ..
So after Checking if the new CPU or PSU is dead i changed the GPU from gtx 1060 to a r9 280 but both send no signal.
The MB Displayport dosent work either..
i got 12gb RAM , i78700k and i5-8400 , 650 PSU , MSI z370 a pro , gtx 1060 6gb and r9 280.
