Question Display Port 1.4 Max Resolution HDR 60 hz

What is the max resolution that Display Port 1.4 (not dp 1.4a) can handle at HDR, 10 bits, at 60 hz? Can it handle 2160p UHD resolution at those specs too? I also want full RGB 4:4:4 chroma sub sampling

This site states that DP1.4 can manage 4K 60Hz HDR10 at 4:4:4. So does this one.

Does RGB have the same bandwidth as 4:4:4?

Can DP 1.4 still manage 4K 60hz HDR10 at RGB? Sorry I just have to check making a huge computer purchase

4K 60 Hz RGB/YCbCr 4:4:4 with 10 bpc color depth only requires HBR2 speed, which was introduced in DisplayPort 1.2.
