Club3d product is only capable of showing 4:2:0 (8bit) 4K@60hz over HDMI 2.0 which you can get that over HDMI 1.4 too (with some graphics chipset+specific driver+specific monitor/TV). 8 bit color is not a problem for gaming - which you can't get enough fps for 2160p so you'll probably go for lower resoultion on gaming and you'll definitely get 16 or 24 bit color at that resolution but 8 bit color on windows desktop or watching movie should be problem. So it's better to get a graphics card (GTX950 or over / R7 370 or over) and use HDMI 2.0 for working on windows desktop.
