Display ports aren't working

New built pc. Everything is fine maybe except the graphics card. Its fans aren't fully spinning and try to every once in a couple of seconds. When I try to plug in any monitors or tvs nothing shows up. I've tried hdmi and DisplayPort and nothing has shown up. Once the monitor said "pic is not connected, please click any key to wake up." And I did that and nothing happens. Anyone know why this is happening or maybe give me a fix. Newly built, and nothing on it. Just trying to get bios to show up.

Specs: a68hm-v2 mobo, gtx 960, amd Athlon 860k, and 1tb sshd

No integrated graphics on the device so I need it to work

It's the Athlon processor that's the problem, it doesn't have an integrated GPU (ie it's not an APU), and since there's no on-board GPU on the motherboard either, there's no video signal coming from your PC.

You must install a graphics card in your PC, or swap the existing CPU for an APU.
