Display Problem for CRT.

I have a crt Monitor (LG 700E). Recently I upgraded my PC from P4 to i3 4150 with intel 85fl motherboard. The motherboard has no vga port. Should I use a adopter/converter (DVI to VGA). Or I shall have to change the monitor. If the converter/adopter works how would be the display in my old monitor.
If i use a gt610 graphics card will it increase the performance further.

you can buy a converter but it isn't really worth it for that monitor, as it is very old. I would suggest you buy anew monitor instead.

The GT 610 would be the better option, but not by a huge amount.

The cheapest thing to use is a converter. Plug the computer's DVI cable in, then plug in the converter. Then plug in the CRT monitor into the converter.
