Display problem of mine

First off, let me say I am sorry if this problem has already been discussed.

So, I installed Windows Black and all my drivers, but this little box keeps showing up (see screenshot). It's like a ghost image of what I was looking at before, but just a portion of it. I reinstalled my gpu driver an its still there. My gpu is not overheating and all the latest drivers are installed. There are no problems in safe mode, and they start appearing on either the left or in the center of the screen. Any ideas on what they are or where they came from?

Thoughts?

Btw: specs are....

AMD Athlon 64 4000+
2.41 Ghz 1.00 GB of RAM
Nvida GeForce 7600 GS
ASUS A8N5X MoBo

I rolled back my driver to a previous one and the problem is fixed. After reading up on Nvida I realized a lot of people are having problems with the new 190.38 driver. May I should just get a new card.
