Display Problem Windows7

I have recently installed windows 7 ultimate N edition on my Dell Studio 1555 laptop. I am sometimes facing issues with display. I am not able to view text/images properly on PDF/Browser/Docs etc sometimes, once I switch to next page and comes back its set and the same behavior after some time.

Please help me which drivers I need to install. I tried some but couldn't find the correct one.

Correct drivers are here, note that only 64-bit Windows 7 is supported:

google -- windows blurry text and see if something helps you out if thing don't work out from the post above

Though I installed the drivers (display, chipset) it didn't workout. I am getting irrelevant posts when I googled for blurry text. This is not actually text blur. Everything video, pics, text are kind of fuzzy

and it still tells you not to much of nothing .. like Video Card4 so its got a foot note of 4 but that's it am I really going to base any thing off tiis info???
