Display Problems with monitor

Guys I've got one problem with monitor. I've got Samsung Synsmaster BX2335 19'' monitor, when I turn the computer on, in 5-7 minuter I see the horisontal lines and "noice" on the monitor screen. i do not even know how to explain what it is. it's like resolution problem. "noice" and flickering...

any ideas to help me... please I cant see with eye already )
